Our Role
Our approach is to work closely with you and your management team, advising you
with view to determining an optimum funding strategy and then guiding you through the entire process of raising capital. This may include:-
- Undertaking an initial appraisal and risk analysis of your proposal;
- Helping groom your business to become 'Investor-Ready';
- Determining the optimum mix and quantum of your capital requirements;
- Assisting in the preparation of a business plan;
- Introducing you to potential sources of capital;
- Evaluating and comparing offers of finance received; and
- Negotiating with potential capital providers.
Our First Meeting
We seek to hold our first meeting at your business premises. This enables us to gain a better understanding of your business, the environment in which it operates and of course, your needs and those of your management team. Through the course of our assignment we will be working together as a team therefore it is important we share a common vision of the future of the business.
We do not charge for our first meeting. This enables us to consider the viability of your plans, and you to decide whether you are comfortable working with us. Following that meeting we will put to you our proposals for acting on your behalf.
