Our Approach

Although credentials, skill and experience are important, it is also important for client and advisor to be able to work together as a team sharing the same belief and commitment to the project contemplated.  Therefore, we are happy to invest time to develop these shared values at the outset of our relationship and before finalising the terms of our engagement. 

We will normally ask for some documentary information on your organisation and visit your business premises.  It will also involve meeting members of your senior management team and undertaking some outline external but discreet research.  From this we will be able to make a preliminary assessment of the business and the project contemplated.

This will determine whether we and your management team are: -

  • happy that we have the skills and experience to undertake the transaction;

  • confident in the viability of the project; and

  • comfortable working together as an effective team

Then we will put to you our proposals for acting on your behalf.  We will usually do this at a pre-arranged meeting where we will present our assessment of the business and our proposed role and fee arrangements.
