Our Fees

Our fees will usually comprise a retainer fee, a success fee and our disbursements.

The retainer fee is usually a monthly fee payable over two to six months.  This fee is intended to cover our initial advisory work and helping you write or update your business plan.

The success fee is a fixed or scaled percentage of the amount of finance raised.  This covers undertaking research, seeking backers, negotiations and related advice.  The rate charged will depend on our initial view of the amount and type of finance required, the amount of work necessary and the degree of difficulty of our assignment.  The fee is payable on successful completion of the financing arrangements.

In addition we will charge our disbursements  monthly.  This will cover any travelling, printing, postage, marketing, advertising and other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by us during the course of our assignment.  We will seek your prior agreement before incurring any significant disbursements.
